SHIPPING AND RETURNS
SHIPPING
Please allow us 3-5 business days to ready and pack your item/s. Once shipped you can expect your item/s to arrive within 4-7 business days. We will send you a tracking number at the time of shipment. We ship ground from Northern Georgia.
We offer FREE in-store pick-up at our Gallery location.
We rely on shipping carriers for delivery. While we aim for timely delivery, carrier issues can occur. We’ll notify you of significant changes, but we’re not responsible for carrier-related delays or cost changes.
We ship to the continental US. With most orders, we ship via USPS and UPS. Shipping cost varies depending on size and weight of items. All items we ship are insured for the paid cost of the item.
Fulfilment on shipping and delivery will differ with Larger items. Please contact the gallery via phone or email to determine packing, shipping and delivery time estimates for extra-large paintings and sculptures.
RETURNS
There are no returns or exchanges on: Print To Order, Sale, Clearance, Special Order or discounted items. Sales are all final on the aforementioned.
All OTHER RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED for store credit or exchange if returned in same condition as sold within 10 days of purchase or delivery, accompanied by a sales receipt and any original certificates. After 10 days from purchase, there are no art returns, all sales are final. Art should be returned in the original packaging via an insured carrier. If you are returning by mail or in person, you are required to contact the gallery within 48 hours of receipt to confirm you will be returning the item and in order to receive a Return Approval Receipt from us to be included with the return.

Return item/s in the original packaging via an insured carrier within 7-10 days of the customer’s receipt of the item along with the Return Approval Receipt.
The buyer bears all shipping costs. We recommend that you ship us your returned item only via UPS or Fed Ex to ensure proper tracking of your product. Items lost via return shipping will not be issued store credit or exchange. Returns may also be taken to the gallery in person.
Item/s Damaged During Transit. If you receive your item damaged via shipping transit, Please contact the gallery within 48 hours of delivery. In order to make an insurance claim on goods damaged during shipping, please take photos of all the damage and include photos of the condition of the shipping box on delivery. Send us the photos and description of the damages so we can issue a return shipping label and submit a claim for damages incurred during shipping.
