The Deadly Art of Burning Lichtenberg Figures
This vase showcases a fairly new and captivating technique in woodworking. Turned and Burned creates intricate fractal patterns in the wood by using 2000 volts of electricity across its surface.
The burned channels are then filled with glow-in-the-dark epoxy resin.
To achieve the glowing effect, the epoxy resin must be charged under sunlight or UV light.
Each vase is a testament to the skill and creativity of its makers, making it a one-of-a-kind piece of art.
